My order got here around when it was supposed to, but the packaging was in rough shape. The box looked like it had been dented and maybe half-crushed on one side. Luckily, the shirt itself seemed totally fine, but for what I paid, I figured it would’ve been packed a bit better

I ordered a jersey, but the sizing was off, so I had to send it back. The return part was simple, no real issues there — but the refund took way longer than I expected to show up. I ended up contacting support twice, and both times the replies were kind of generic. The money did finally make it back to my card, so it worked out in the end, just a frustrating wait. Not terrible, but definitely could’ve been better.

I ordered a Dodgers hoodie from overseas and figured it was going to take forever, but it actually showed up earlier than the estimate. The tracking kept updating the whole time, which made it a lot less stressful. It arrived in good shape too, and there weren’t any customs problems or anything like that. i’m happy with it and would order from them again.

Everything came how I wanted it, so I was happy. The order is right and I didn’t have any problems.

I wasn’t totally sure at first if I was just convincing myself it was nice, but the jersey actually feels really solid. The material has a good weight to it and the stitching looks clean. Overall, I’m happy with it.

My order went through without any problems and I did end up getting everything, but the tracking were slow to update. For a couple days it just kept saying the label was created, so I wasn’t really sure if it had actually shipped yet or was just sitting there. Customer service was okay, not amazing or anything. The package showed up a little later than I thought it would. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, I just wish the tracking was clearer.

The prices feel kind of wild for what you’re getting. I was looking at a hoodie, and it was already way more than I expected, then the shipping just pushed it over the top. I love my team, I really do, but buying from this shop just doesn’t feel worth it.

I was excited to see the custom name, but the letters were noticeably crooked and it just looked off. For something personalized, I expected more care. It definitely made me lose some trust in ordering again.

The gear looks official and feels like the real licensed stuff, which I appreciate. That said, compared to a few other sites I’ve bought from, the prices were definitely higher and the shipping took longer than I expected. I’m still happy with what I got, but I’d probably check competitors first next time unless they have something I can’t find elsewhere

Got my jersey way faster than I expected, which was a nice surprise because I was fully ready to blame the shipping like usual. Tracking was decent too, not perfect, but it gave me enough to know where things were. Overall, good experience

I was trying to grab a few Phillies shirts, MLB Shop had a much better selection than the other places I checked. I’m a little biased because I usually go straight for official team shops anyway, but I liked that most of the sizes were actually available, which isn’t always the case with fan gear.
The only reason I’d knock it down to 4 stars is that one hoodie I really wanted was sold out in my size. To be fair, it was clearly marked before checkout, so there were no surprises. Overall, I’d still say it’s a solid place to find team gear without having to search all over the place.

I feel kind of stupid for trusting them to have what I needed. The selection was really weak, and I couldn’t even find gear for my team. Disappointing experience overall.

I placed my order and then basically heard nothing after that. I kept expecting some kind of follow-up email or update, but nothing ever showed up. It’s frustrating not knowing what’s going on.

I picked up a jersey during their promo and ended up paying less than I expected, which was a nice little win. I remember double-checking the discount at checkout because the final price looked almost too good compared to the original one. No complaints from me.

I ordered from MLB Shop and ended up having an issue with my package. I reached out to customer service a few times and got almost no help, just super slow replies and no actual answer. It really feels like once they’ve got your money, they dont care what happens after. Frustrating experiance and I won’t be ordering from them again
